- 1 lb Green Beans
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
Spicy Dipping Sauce
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- ½ teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 squeeze lemon (about ¼-½ tsp)
Air Fryer Green Beans
Preheat air fryer to 400℉.
Wash and thoroughly dry the green beans and cut or pinch off the stems.
Toss green beans with olive oil and salt.
Place green beans in the air fryer in a single even layer.
Cook for 5 minutes and then toss or shake the basket.
Cook for 5 additional minutes until green beans are browned and crisp.
Serve right away with dipping sauce on the side. Enjoy!
Notes:
- To make this into a side dish rather than an appetizer, simply double the amount of green beans and oil. Make the sauce recipe as is but instead of serving it alongside the beans, drizzle it over the top right before serving.
- Sprinkle beans with toasted sesame seeds an an optional garnish.
- To make these air fryer green beans vegan, use a vegan mayo in the dip.
- If you have a smaller air fryer, you may need to fry them in two batches. You want to fry them in one even layer.
- Enjoy!
