Preheat your oven to 425℉.
Cut Salmon skins into about 1 inch pieces. If using fresh salmon skin, remove any large scales by scraping them off with a paring knife.
Lay them out flat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake them for 12 minutes and then check the the crispness.
Once they are crispy, they are done!
Let them cool completely and then treat all the goodest boy and girl pups in your life!
